I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They were really helpful once they got back to me, though it did take a bit longer than I expected to get a reply. In the end, they sorted everything out properly, so I felt relieved and grateful it all worked out

"Good value, just wish delivery was a little faster"
Overall, I felt like the prices were fair and everything worked fine once it arrived, which was reassuring. I just found myself checking for updates a few times because the delivery felt a bit slower than I expected. Still, for the price, I’d say it was a decent experience.

"Pretty Reliable Experience Overall"
I placed an order with Dermatique for the first time, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The website looked professional enough and didn’t give me any red flags. I received the usual order updates, which was reassuring, and my item arrived when expected. Nothing too flashy, but it all worked as it should. I’d give it 4 stars

I ordered from Dermatique and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was packed. The items arrived neatly, properly sealed, and nothing was squashed or leaking, which is always a bit of a worry with skincare products.
The box wasn’t excessive either, just tidy and secure. It felt like a bit of care had gone into it, which I appreciated. Based on this order, I’d be happy to buy from them again.

"My skin finally stopped freaking out"
I’ve been using Dermatique for a few weeks now, my skin has calmed down so much it feels like a tiny miracle. The redness and little bumps are way less intense, and I’m not breaking out as much either, which is an actual relief. Delivery was easy and drama-free, thankfully. So far, I’m really happy with how things are going.

The return instructions were really clear, and customer service got back to me quickly. No hassle, no endless forms, just a straightforward process, which was SUCH a relief.
My refund was back on my card a few days after they received the parcel. Super simple from start to finish, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty solid overall"
I wasn’t really expecting anything too fancy, but the products feel good. Like, you can tell the quality is there. The packaging was decent too, not amazing, but totally fine. Overall, I’m sitting here thinking, yeah, this was a good buy

"Annoyingly, it actually worked"
I’ve been using this cream for a few weeks now, and somehow it’s actually made my skin look a lot calmer. The dry patches on my face are almost gone, and it doesn’t leave that greasy feeling, which is nice because apparently that’s not too much to ask. I didn’t expect much, but it’s helped more than the stuff I’ve wasted money on at the shops
